1:   Can you help me choose the right mat or frame for my picture?

           Yes. Along with the customer's input, we can help find the right ones.

  2:    What type of glass should I use?

           That depends on where the picture will hang.  If there is a lot of light shining on the wall
           where you are hanging the picture you might consider Non-Glare or UV glass.  If very little or
           no light is coming in, then you’re better off using regular glass.

  3:    Can you give me an estimate on how much it will cost to frame my picture?

           Yes.  We give free estimates.  Once you choose the mats the frame and the glass that you
           like, we can give you an exact estimate while you wait.
 
  4:    How long will it take to frame my picture?

           Usually a week. Sometimes sooner depending on what needs to be done to your picture.

  5:    Do I have to give a down payment to get my picture started?

           Yes.  At least half down. You pay the rest when the job is complete.

  6:    Do you do dry mounting or heat mounting at your shop?

           We mount your picture on acid free foam core.

  7:    Can I take artwork out on trial to see if it will work in my space?

           Yes. We offer a 24-hour trial.

  8:    Do you have a lay a way plan?

           Yes. We have a 60 day lay a way with 30% down. We work with the customer if extra time is
           needed.

  9:    What is your return policy?

           Our return policy is on purchased in store framed prints, ready made frames and oil paintings
           only. Does not cover custom framing. We do exchanges only up to 10 days after purchase.
           You can exchange or receive credit towards  anything in the store.
